Q. Do you guarantee your work?
A. Yes. We guarantee all work in accordance with the manufacture’s guarantee.
Q. How long are your repairs guaranteed?
A. Virus removal and spyware removal is guaranteed for 30 days. Computer hardware repairs are guaranteed for the manufacturer’s warranty period, which we’ll inform you of before repair is started. Custom-built computers are warrantied for 2 years.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit cards, Paypal, Square cash, Amazon pay, Apple pay. We apologize at this time due to Covid-19 we no longer accept checks nor cash.
Q. How do you bill on-site jobs?
A. On-site jobs are billed by the hour: 1st hour is $120.00 anytime after we bill in 30 minute increments at $60.00.
How do you bill for remote service?
A. Remote service is billed by the hour: 1st hour is $90.00 anytime after we bill in 30 minute increments at $45.00.
Q. How do you bill for jobs done in your shop?
A. For jobs done “in-house,” there is a $60.00 minimum and we will give a price before we start. If you agree to the price the $60.00 goes toward the repair, if you don’t agree the charge will be just $60.00
Q. Do you service tablets?
A. No. At this time, we do not service tablets or cell phones.
